Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Farmers Carnival Lautoka Secretariat will come back to you by email within 5 working days of receipt of your registration to provide your invoice and advise you on the deadline for your payment.
2. Due to limited space, you are recommended to make payment before the deadline date noted on your invoice. Failure to do so will deem your registration invalid and this will be cancelled automatically. 
3. Securing your space as a Vendor is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after the stall allocation is open and a 100% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after the stalls are built.
5. All payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) or direct Bank Deposit or Cash. All payment is made payable to the farmers carnival Lautoka and will need to make reference to your specific invoice number, in order for the Carnival Secretariat to identify and receipt you for your payment. Save your receipt and print it for your reference and information.
